Know When You’re Eligible for Flight Compensation
Under EU Regulation 261/2004, you are entitled to financial compensation for flight delays of over 3 hours, flight cancellations, and denied boarding due to overbooking. However, compensation is not applicable if exceptional circumstances were involved and the airline was not responsible for the delay or cancellation.
