They have a website in 35 languages. Furthermore, we analysed their website in English as a user and found it to be mobile-friendly, with readable fonts and no content overlap; however, it took a little time to load.

How Skycop’s Claim Process works?

Skycop offers a step-by-step online form to help users determine if they qualify for flight compensation and apply for a claim if they meet the requirements. The form collects flight details, disruption information, your personal details, and supporting documents to submit the claim.

  1. Enter Flight Information: Provide the arrival and destination airport details.
  2. Specify if it was a direct flight: If your flight was a direct flight, click the ‘Yes’ button to continue. If the flight was not direct (a Connecting flight), then click ‘No’ to continue further.
  3. Select the disruption type: Choose your disruption type from delay, cancellation, or denied boarding.
  4. Specify the duration of delay: Select the duration of the delay. (eg. If your flight was more than 3 hours late, click the’ More than 3 hours’ button.
  5. Airline Communication & Reason for Disruption: Share if the airline gave a reason for the flight disruption and what it was.
  6. Describe your situation in detail: Input the disruption details manually in the message box.
  7. Enter email & Accept terms: Provide your email address and click on the check box to accept their terms & conditions.
  8. Enter flight details to complete eligibility check: Select the date from the date picker tool and enter the airline’s name, flight number, and booking reference number to complete the eligibility check.
  9. Enter Personal Information and start the claim assignment process: If you are eligible, a confirmation message will appear on the screen. Provide personal information (name, last name, and date of birth). Also, input Contact details (Email, address, Phone number)
  10. Digital Sign & Upload Documents to Submit the Claim: Draw a digital signature and upload documents such as the reservation confirmation email and your passport/ID card.

How Much Does Skycop Charge?

Once a compensation claim with Skycop is successfully recovered, the customer’s share of the compensation payout will be transferred via bank transfer, after deducting the applicable fees as mentioned on their website.

Based on publicly accessible information from Northdata, ClaimFlights was registered as Claim Flights Gmbh in Konstanz, Germany, on March 10, 2015.

Our research found a valid Impressum page on the ClaimFlights website, which provided full contact details, including email, office address, VAT, and legal entity code information.

The Website has 11 languages. Furthermore, we analysed the English version of the website as a user and found it to be mobile-friendly, with readable fonts and no content overlap.
